As the original Rhode Island micro-roaster, we know that premiere tastes, demand premiere coffee! At Ocean Coffee Roasters, we scour the great coffee plantations of the world to hand select our beans. Each of our distinctive blends is a carefully orchestrated celebration of flavors, artfully crafted in our unique hand roasted system.
We are the oldest family owned micro-roaster in the Ocean State! We even opened the first specialty cafe and espresso bar downtown Providence! As an original member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), our unparalleled experience in roasting, blending, and sourcing, is only strengthened by our commitment to constantly innovate and set the bar a notch above the rest.
Our roasting facility is located in scenic Rhode Island. Our micro-roasting process – often in batches as little as ten pounds each – carefully coaxes the uniquely nuanced flavors out of each coffee bean. It’s a fine art learned through years of experience, an obsession with quality, and a drive for perfection.
While many new companies have jumped on the coffee band wagon, as a nearly sixty year old family business we know that even with incredible coffee, our customers require more to ensure their success. That’s why we supply and maintain all of our customers’ coffee brewing equipment! We also service most espresso machine name brands. Our seasoned service department will make sure that you are never out of business and always brewing fresh. That’s a peace of mind every business owner should have.
Our premium coffees are available in some of the finest establishments on the East Coast, and are also now available to coffee connoisseurs at home through our online store!
